🎨 Graffiti Text Generator: Cool Fonts to Copy and Paste

By ToolNimba Editorial Team Β· Updated 2026-06-24

Type some text above to see every graffiti style.

This graffiti text generator turns plain words into a wall of styled Unicode lettering, from heavy bold and bubble letters to fraktur, cursive script, square boxed caps and double-struck outlines. Type anything and every style updates live, so you can scan the rows and grab the look you like. Each result is real copy-and-paste text, not an image, so it drops straight into a username, bio, caption, banner or chat with no app or font install.

What is the Graffiti Text Generator?

A graffiti generator does not actually install a font on your device. A true font changes how the same underlying letters are drawn, but this tool swaps each ordinary letter for a different Unicode character that already looks styled. Unicode (the universal standard behind nearly all digital text) contains thousands of letter-like symbols spread across blocks such as Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols, Enclosed Alphanumerics and Letterlike Symbols. Because these are standalone characters, the styled text travels with you wherever you paste it.

Each style here is built from a character map. The bold, fraktur, cursive script and double-struck styles come from the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block, where every letter has a dedicated styled code point. The bubble style uses the circled letters of Enclosed Alphanumerics, and the square style uses the squared capital letters. A few letters do not sit neatly inside their block, so the tool patches those gaps with the matching glyphs from Letterlike Symbols (for example, the script capital B, E and L, or the double-struck C, H and R) so the output never shows a stray plain letter mid-word.

Two of the styles are decorative wrappers rather than letter swaps. The strike-through style adds a combining overlay mark after each character so a line appears crossed out, and the tag wrap frames each line with arrow brackets for a classic spray-can tag look. These keep your original letters readable while still standing out. Any character with no styled equivalent, such as spaces, punctuation, emoji or accented letters, is left exactly as you typed it, so spacing and symbols stay intact.

The entire conversion runs in your browser using built-in character maps, so your text is never uploaded, stored or sent to a server. That makes the tool fast, private and fully usable offline once the page has loaded. Keep in mind that because these are separate characters, a small number of older apps or devices may render some glyphs as plain letters or empty boxes, so it is always worth a quick test in the place you plan to post.

When to use it

  • Designing a standout username, display name or handle for Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord or a gaming profile.
  • Adding bold graffiti-style headers to captions, comments, bios and community posts.
  • Creating eye-catching titles for stream overlays, banners, thumbnails and channel art.
  • Decorating Discord channel names, nicknames and status lines where only plain text is allowed.
  • Making a name tag, sticker mockup or poster draft look hand-styled without any design software.
  • Spicing up messages, group chats and event invites with a different look for each line.

How to use the Graffiti Text Generator

  1. Type or paste the text you want to style into the input box.
  2. Watch every graffiti style update instantly in the rows below.
  3. Press the Copy button next to the style you like best.
  4. Paste the styled text into your bio, username, caption, banner or message.

Formula & method

For each character, read its Unicode code point. Letters A to Z and a to z and digits 0 to 9 are mapped into a styled Unicode block by adding a fixed offset to the block start (for example bold A starts at U+1D400). Letters that fall in a gap inside a block are replaced using a small exception table that points to the correct glyph in Letterlike Symbols. Decorative styles instead wrap or annotate the original text with combining marks or bracket symbols. Any character with no styled equivalent (spaces, punctuation, emoji, accented letters) passes through unchanged.

Worked examples

You want your name "Rex" in the fraktur (old English) style for a gaming profile.

  1. Type Rex into the input box.
  2. The capital R is one of the fraktur gap letters, so it maps to the special glyph from Letterlike Symbols rather than the main block.
  3. The lowercase e maps to its fraktur form and x maps to its fraktur form from the contiguous run.
  4. Joined together the fraktur result reads as a styled three-letter word.
  5. Press Copy on the Fraktur row and paste it into your profile name.

Result: Rex becomes β„œπ”’π”΅ in the fraktur style.

You want the phrase "Top 5" in the bubble style for a post header.

  1. Type Top 5 into the input box.
  2. Letters map to circled glyphs: T to Ⓣ, o to β“ž, p to β“Ÿ.
  3. The space between the word and the number is left unchanged.
  4. The digit 5 maps to the circled number β‘€ from the exception table for digits.
  5. The bubble result reads as a circled word followed by a circled 5.

Result: Top 5 becomes β“‰β“žβ“Ÿ β‘€ in the bubble style.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Expecting every style to look right on every device. Some older phones, apps and browsers ship fonts that lack these styled code points, so a few characters may appear as plain letters or empty boxes for some viewers. Test the exact style in the destination app before relying on it.
  • Assuming search engines and screen readers treat it as normal text. Because each styled letter is a separate Unicode character, search and accessibility tools may not read a bold A the same as a plain A. Avoid styled text for real names on official forms or anything that needs to be searchable or read aloud.
  • Looking for a square or styled lowercase that does not exist. A few blocks, like the squared capital letters, only define one case. When a style has no lowercase block the tool reuses the uppercase glyphs, so lowercase input may show the same shapes as uppercase.
  • Thinking the strike-through or tag wrap changes the letters. The decorative styles keep your original letters and add a combining overlay or bracket symbols around them. They look styled but stay readable, and the underlying characters are still your plain text.

Frequently asked questions

What is a graffiti text generator?

It is a tool that turns plain words into styled lettering by swapping each letter for a styled Unicode character or wrapping the text in decorative marks. The result is real copy-and-paste text, not an image or a downloaded font, so it works almost anywhere.

How do I make graffiti text to copy and paste?

Type your text in the box above, pick the style you like from the rows, then press its Copy button. The styled version is placed on your clipboard so you can paste it into a username, bio, caption or message.

Will graffiti fonts work on Instagram, TikTok and Discord?

In most cases, yes. These platforms accept Unicode text, so the styled characters paste straight into bios, captions, usernames and channel names. A small number of older apps or devices may show some characters as plain letters or boxes, so it is worth testing first.

Are these real fonts that I am installing?

No. Nothing is installed. Each style uses existing Unicode characters that already look styled, so the look travels with the text. Because of that, the styled text keeps its appearance even when you paste it into apps that do not support custom fonts.

Why are spaces, punctuation and emoji not changed?

Only letters A to Z, a to z and digits 0 to 9 have styled equivalents in the Unicode blocks this tool uses. Anything else, including spaces, punctuation, accented letters and emoji, is left exactly as you typed it so your formatting stays intact.

Is my text sent anywhere or stored?

No. The whole conversion runs in your browser using built-in character maps. Your text is never uploaded, stored or shared, and the tool keeps working even if you go offline after the page loads.
